Chandler Boyce is an entrepreneur, organizational strategist, and leadership advocate with more than 20 years of experience helping leaders and organizations increase their impact.
Following a successful sales career with an Inc. 500 fastest-growing company, Chandler spent more than a decade in executive ministry leadership, where he led Youth America, a national youth leadership organization that grew from approximately 1,500 to more than 5,000 attendees annually under his leadership. During that time, he also helped develop leadership conferences for pastors and organizational leaders and contributed to launching a leadership-focused college.
Today, Chandler is the founder of Local Church Media and Marketing Co-op, organizations that have served thousands of churches, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations across North America.
Through Local Church Media, more than 10,000 churches worldwide have been equipped with resources and tools to strengthen their communication and outreach efforts.
Throughout his career, Chandler has influenced tens of thousands of leaders, pastors, volunteers, and organizational stakeholders through leadership development initiatives, national events, speaking engagements, consulting, and the organizations he has founded and led.
Known for his ability to connect people, create clarity, and help organizations unlock growth opportunities, Chandler regularly advises leaders on organizational development, communication, culture, and strategic growth. He is a frequent speaker at conferences, leadership events, webinars, churches, and podcasts.
