The Leadership Crucible Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, nonpartisan in its approach, and grounded in a simple but important belief, leadership matters. Our focus is to develop leaders who lead with character, purpose, and a commitment to serving others in ways that strengthen their organizations and the communities around them.

At the same time, it is clear we are facing a broader challenge. Across multiple national studies, including work by organizations like Pew Research Center, Gallup, and the Edelman Trust Barometer, public trust in leadership continues to decline. Confidence in institutions remains low, and many believe leadership, across sectors, is falling short of expectations.

Just 18% of people express confidence in big business leadership
Trust in media remains below 35%
Only about 33% of employees say they strongly trust their organization’s leadership to make the right decisions

There is a clear need, and a shared responsibility, to develop leaders who build trust through their actions, their consistency, and their commitment to others.

That is the work we are focused on at the Leadership Crucible Foundation, and it is work that requires all of us.

Help fuel Our Creativity: Your support helps us to produce 25 impactful podcast, 12 insightful newsletters, engaging blog posts and educational segments each year. Together we can continue to inspire and inform current and future leaders.
Empower Future Leaders: By contributing to our Leaders of Tomorrow program you can help young adults aged 18 to 30 to develop their essential skills. This initiative includes building a Mentor Hub to support, provide guidance and nurture their growth, helping to shape our leaders of the future.
Pay it Forward by supporting the development of the Pathways to Success series which focuses on personal, leadership, and organizational excellence. Our mission is to offer this transformative program at no cost to over 3 million public safety personnel across the United States and its territories, and to the young leaders who are engaged with our Leaders of Tomorrow Program.
