As the founder of INtwoIT Coaching & Consulting, Yael has developed and delivered leadership development programs for public and private sector clients. Most recently, following 7 years in the role of Director of Learning and Talent Development at the University of British Columbia, she has developed a leadership coaching program for Fire Rescue Professionals building off the groundbreaking work of Dr. Pat Lynch and Dr. Terry Anderson. She is an experienced executive and leadership coach who has logged over 3500 hours working primarily with public sector leaders in government, higher education, healthcare, and social services.
